I've recently went on an internship that my school requires me to do for the whole semester before I finally graduate school next year (hopefully!). The company I'm interning right now had this media gathering event for Pepper Lunch and I had the chance to meet up with Chris Tiu, one of the owners. And of course, I wanted to dress nice and somewhat fancy for the event. 

My choice of ensemble? My A-line mesh skirt, a spaghetti tank top and denim vest. I chose to take my own spin of the "smart casual" style for the event cause I wanted to look presentable to the writers and the owners of Pepper Lunch as well. 

This A-line skirt would probably be my favorite one cause it was lightweight for every errands that an intern has to do. I can even twirl around with my skirt without making too much of a Marilyn Monroe scene.
